Question Pink Panther : healthy ways to cope with life
I feel stressed all the time. If this is not school work is family problems, and if it’s not that’s something else, or some combination thereof. I can not find a healthy way to manage anything. Just eating and purging, or just stop eating all together, or cut myself when I’m swamped, or sleeping pills and sleep for days. I keep running from my problems. Be that as soon as I wake up, everything will come upon me. ? How to find healthy ways to cope with life when all I wanna do is sleep and have a moment of peace Best answer:
talk to people .. no … if you can not afford a counselor, then a friend .. not one to do .. or if you could cry .. actulally therapy really … overcome things ..
